We are always thinking. Thinking goes on in us non-stop.  Thinking happens to  us.  Thoughts  consist  of feelings, wishes, desires, fears etc…

Thoughts  arise  spontaneously. Thoughts  usually come to us and we have no power to stop it happening.

Thoughts  are made up  of past experiences;  they come  from the tape recorder between our ears. These are recordings that are sometimes helpful, but frequently are not.

The process  of  thinking  is always associated  with  desire  and  emotion. Do  we  have  to  simply  let  thoughts wash over us? There is a way for us to learn how to handle thoughts.

Could it be that our heart knows the way better than our minds?
